What are vCalendars?
vCalendar is a standard exchange format for calendar data (RFC 2739). It will allow you to automatically put information from the SDCo website directly into the calendar on your computer, mobile or PDA.

What is RSS?
RSS can be understood as a web syndication protocol that is primarily used by news websites and weblogs. RSS allows a web developer to publish content on their website in a format that a computer program can easily understand and digest. This allows users to easily repackage the content on their own websites or blogs, or privately on their own computers.

Help

Outlook vCalendars

1. Choose Outlook 10 from the Calendaring List.
   [Optionally select a filter]
2. Press Download.
3. You will be prompted to save a file to your computer. Save it to your Documents folder or the Desktop.
4. Open Outlook (not Outlook Express).
5. Choose Import and Export from the File menu.
6. Choose Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.vcs)
7. Press Next and find the file downloaded ( it will begin with SDCo in the filename ).
8. Press Okay.
9. Select Calendar from the Mailbox / Folders List on the left. You should see a number indicating new items next to it.

You may need to look around in the calendar to find the events, especially performances as they may happen in the future or the past.
