Theatre Jazz
This class has a strong technique-based warm up and concentrates on the choreographic styles of Bob Fosse & other great choreographers of Broadway musicals such as Chicago, Chorus Line and West Side Story.

Lyrical Jazz
Slow and expressive jazz movements with an emphasis on technique: adagio / floor / centre.

Broadway Jazz [Beginners Level]
If you like the movie Chicago and songs such as ‘All that Jazz’, this is the class for you. Learn simple routines from Broadway shows such as Chorus Line and Westside Story.

Contemporary
Similar to the style performed by Sydney Dance Company – contemporary dance with classical foundations. This class builds a strong centre and combines precision leg work with an ease and fluidity in the torso.

Classical Ballet
Provides a sound grounding in ballet positions and basic classical ballet movement. Classes are taught by both current and former professional ballet dancers.

Funk
A stylized combination of street funk, hip hop and pop similar to styles seen in music videos for Destiny’s Child, Britney Spears and Janet Jackson.

Hip Hop
Street style dance from the Bronx in New York City. Free, funky and soulful expression of movement used by artists such as Usher and Missy Elliott.

JFH
A combination jazz / funk / hip hop class for advanced dancers. A truly commercial style.

Tap
For those aspiring to be the next Fred Astaire, Billy Elliot or Tap Dog extraordinaire. A combination of old and modern freestyle used in musical theatre.

Rhythmic Stretch
Stretching movement, blended with the graceful control of dance and yoga to tone and invigorate the body and release stress. The exercises are rhythmical and are accompanied by music.

Stretch
This class combines elements of yoga with stretch components particularly suited to dance. The aim is to develop core strength, ease and openness in the joints and a flexible, well balanced body.

Street Jazz
A fusion of hip hop, modern jazz, commercial Latin and pop. This class is diverse and extremely athletic. The latest style in the US.

Street Latin
Learn Salsa, Merengue, Lambada, Samba, Freestyle Disco and Mambo. Bring a Partner or team up with someone in the class

Strictly Latin

Integrated Dance
This class is for people with or without disabilities which has been running for almost two years. It is for adults and young people. The class involves an interactive and controlled form of exercise for fitness and fun.
